Payment

Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of services rendered.

I am an out-of-network provider for most health insurances. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance company provider.

Please check your insurance coverage by asking the following questions:

- Do I have mental health or behavioral health benefits?
- Is there a deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year are covered by my insurance?
- What portion of the therapy cost is covered?
- Is preauthorization required by my primary care physician?

I provide you with a receipt with the necessary information required for reimbursement from your insurance company. Please be sure to include a copy of this receipt when filing your reimbursement claim form.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a fee for the session.
